i-Gallery Directory Traversal and Cross Site Scripting Vulnerability


Description   A vulnerability was identified in i-Gallery, which may be exploited by remote users to conduct cross site scripting and directory traversal attacks. This flaw is due to an input validation error in the "folderview.asp" script that does not properly filter a specially crafted "folder" parameter, which may be exploited by attackers to perform a directory traversal or cause arbitrary scripting code to be executed by the user's browser.
