WordPress Tinymce Thumbnail Gallery Plugin Arbitrary File Disclosure Vulnerability


Description   Sammy Forgit has reported a vulnerability in the Tinymce Thumbnail Gallery plugin for WordPress, which can be exploited by malicious people to disclose sensitive information.
Input passed to the "href" parameter in wp-content/plugins/tinymce-thumbnail-gallery/php/download-image.php is not properly verified before being used to display files. This can be exploited to disclose the contents of arbitrary files via directory traversal attacks.
The vulnerability is reported in version 1.0.7. Other versions may also be affected.
