Fortibus CMS "WeeklyNotesDisplay.asp" SQL Injection Vulnerability


Description   A vulnerability was identified in Fortibus CMS, which may be exploited by remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands. This flaw is due to an input validation error in the "WeeklyNotesDisplay.asp" script that does not properly filter the "username" and "id" parameters, which may be exploited by remote users to conduct SQL injection attacks.
     
Vulnerable Products   Vulnerable Software:
Fortibus CMS version 4.0.0 and possibly earlier versions
     
Solution   Reportedly, the vendor has released a patch to address this vulnerability.
