WebGUI DataForm Fields Handling Cross Site Scripting Vulnerability


Description   A vulnerability has been identified in WebGUI, which may be exploited by remote attackers to execute arbitrary scripting code. This flaw is due to an input validation error in the data forms when processing specially crafted parameters passed to certain fields (e.g. name field of the email form), which may be exploited by attackers to cause arbitrary scripting code to be executed by the user's browser in the security context of an affected Web site.
