MyConference for Xoops "sid" and "cid" Parameters Remote SQL Injection Vulnerability


Description   A vulnerability has been identified in MyConference (module for Xoops), which could be exploited by attackers to execute arbitrary SQL queries. This issue is caused by input validation errors in the "index.php" script that does not validate the "sid" and "cid" parameters before being used in SQL statements, which could be exploited by malicious users to conduct SQL injection attacks.
