Multiple vulnerabilities have been reported in Acuity CMS, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting and SQL injection attacks.
1) Input passed to the "strSearchKeywords" parameter in browse.asp, to the "page" parameter in admin/pages/add_page.asp, and to the "UserName" parameter in admin/login.asp isn't properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site.
2) Input passed to the "page" parameter in article.asp is not properly sanitised before being used in SQL queries. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.
The vulnerabilities are reported in version 2.6.2 (ASP). Other versions may also be affected.
