A vulnerability has been discovered in CSP MySQL User Manager, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct SQL injection attacks.
Input passed via the "loginuser" POST parameter to /login.php is not properly sanitised before being used in a SQL query. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.
NOTE: This can further be exploited to bypass the authentication mechanism and e.g. log in as an administrative user.
The vulnerability is confirmed in version 2.3.1. Other versions may also be affected.
