Ve-EDIT Two Remote and Local File Inclusion Vulnerabilities

Description   Two vulnerabilities have been identified in Ve-EDIT, which could be exploited by attackers to gain knowledge of sensitive information or compromise a vulnerable system.
The first issue is caused by an input validation error in the "editor/edit_htmlarea.php" script when processing the "highlighter" parameter, which could be exploited by remote attackers to include malicious PHP scripts and execute arbitrary commands with the privileges of the web server.
The second vulnerability is caused by an input validation error in the "debugger/debug_php.php" script when processing the "filename" parameter, which could be exploited by attackers to include or disclose the contents of local files with the privileges of the web server.
