miniBB "code" SQL Injection Vulnerability

Description   Kacper Szurek has reported a vulnerability in MiniBB, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct SQL injection attacks.
Input passed via the "code" parameter to bb_func_unsub.php (when "action" is set to "unsubscribe") is not properly sanitised before being used in a SQL query. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.
The vulnerability is reported in versions prior to 3.1 released on 2014-11-27.
