SourceBans "xajaxargs[]" Two Local File Inclusion Vulnerabilities

Description   Two vulnerabilities have been discovered in SourceBans, which can be exploited by malicious users to disclose potentially sensitive information.
Input passed to the "xajaxargs[]" parameter in index.php (when "xajax" is set to "SelTheme" or "ApplyTheme") is not properly verified before being used to include files. This can be exploited to include arbitrary files from local resources via directory traversal attacks and URL-encoded NULL bytes.
The vulnerabilities are confirmed in version 1.4.9. Other versions may also be affected.
