Philex Multiple Parameter PHP File Inclusion and Arbitrary File Disclosure Vulnerabilities

Description   Multiple vulnerabilities have been identified in Philex, which could be exploited by attackers to execute arbitrary commands or disclose sensitive information.
The first issue is due to an input validation error in the "header.inc.php" script that does not validate the "CssFile" variable, which could be exploited by remote attackers to include malicious scripts and execute arbitrary commands with the privileges of the web server.
The second vulnerability is due to an input validation error in the "download.php" script that does not properly validate the "file" parameter before being passed as an argument to a "readfile()" call, which could be exploited by attackers to download arbitrary files from a vulnerable server.
