Multiple vulnerabilities have been identified in Geeklog, which could be exploited by remote attackers to perform SQL injection and cross site scripting.
The first issue is due to an input validation error in the "getimage.php" script when handling the "image" parameter, which could be exploited by attackers to cause malicious scripting code to be executed by the user's browser.
The second flaw is due to input validation errors in the "admin/auth.inc.php" and "system/lib-security.php" scripts when processing the "loginname" variable, and in the story submission process when handling malformed parameters, which could be exploited by malicious people to conduct SQL injection attacks.
Note : Various scripts (e.g. "getimage.php" and "functions.php") do not properly handle invalid parameters, which could be exploited by attackers to determine the installation path.
