MyBB Advanced Details Link Handling Cross Site Scripting Vulnerability


Description   A vulnerability has been identified in MyBB (MyBulletinBoard), which could be exploited by attackers to execute arbitrary scripting code. This flaw is due to input validation errors in various scripts that do not properly validate the link passed to the "advanced details" feature, which could be exploited by attackers to cause arbitrary scripting code to be executed by the administrator's browser in the security context of an affected Web site.
