Php-Stats Multiple Remote SQL Query Injection and Command Execution Vulnerabilities


Description   Multiple vulnerabilities were identified in Php-Stats, which could be exploited by remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands.
The first issue is due to input validation errors in the "php-stats.recphp.php" script that does not validate the "PC-REMOTE-ADDR" and "IP" parameters, which could be exploited by malicious people to conduct SQL injection attacks.
The second vulnerability is due to an input validation error in the "admin.php" script that does not validate the "report_w_day" parameter before being written to the "option/php-stats-options.php" file, which may be exploited by remote attackers to inject and execute arbitrary commands with the privileges of the web server.
