ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus Multiple Cross-Site Scripting Vulnerabilities


Description   Multiple vulnerabilities have been reported in ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting attacks.
1) Input passed via the "fromCustomer" parameter to HomePage.do is not properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site.
This vulnerability is confirmed in version 7.9.0 build 7912 and reported in versions prior to 7.9.0 Build 7941.
2) Input passed via the "username" and "password" POST parameters to HomePage.do is not properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site.
This vulnerability is reported in versions prior to 7.9.0 Build 7941.
