Web Wiz Forums "formatSQLInput()" Function Remote SQL Query Injection Vulnerability


Description   A vulnerability has been identified in Web Wiz Forums, which could be exploited by attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands. This issue is due to an input validation error in the "formatSQLInput()" [functions/functions_filters.asp] function that does not validate certain parameters before being used in SQL statements, which could be exploited by malicious users to conduct SQL injection attacks.
