KnowledgeTree Cross-Site Scripting Vulnerability

Description

High-Tech Bridge SA has discovered a vulnerability in KnowledgeTree, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting attacks.
Input passed via the URL to login.php, admin.php, and preferences.php is not properly sanitised in config/dmsDefaults.php before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site.
The vulnerability is confirmed in version 3.7.0.2. Prior versions may also be affected.
