MAXcms Remote File Inclusion and Disclosure Vulnerabilities

Description   Two vulnerabilities have been identified in MAXcms, which could be exploited by remote attackers to disclose sensitive information or compromise a vulnerable web server.
The first issue is caused by an input validation error in the "includes/file_manager/special.php" script when processing the "fm_includes_special" parameter, which could be exploited by remote attackers to include malicious PHP scripts and execute arbitrary commands with the privileges of the web server.
The second vulnerability is caused by an input validation error in the "includes/inc.thcms_admin_dirtree.php" script when processing the "thCMS_root" parameter, which could allow attackers to disclose the contents of arbitrary files.
