WordPress CodeStyling Localization Plugin Multiple Cross-Site Scripting Vulnerability


Description   Some vulnerabilities have been reported in the CodeStyling Localization plugin for WordPress, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting attacks.
1) Input passed via the "name" parameter to wp-admin/admin-ajax.php is not properly sanitised in wp-content/plugins/codestyling-localization/codestyling-localization.php before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site.
This vulnerability is confirmed in version 1.99.17. Other versions may also be affected.
2) Certain input passed to the plugin is not properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site.
This vulnerability is reported in versions prior to 1.99.20.
