Two vulnerabilities have been identified in EMC Captiva eInput, which could be exploited by remote attackers to disclose sensitive information.
The first issue is caused by an input validation error which could allow cross site scripting attacks.
The second vulnerability is caused by an access validation error in the ActiveX control, which could a remote attacker to retrieve files from an affected system or cause a denial of service via a specially crafted web page.
