phpMyAdmin PHP Code Injection and Cross Site Scripting Vulnerabilities

Description   Two vulnerabilities have been identified in phpMyAdmin, which could be exploited by attackers to disclose sensitive information or compromise a vulnerable web server.
The first issue is caused by an input validation error in the Export page when displaying filename template cookies, which could be exploited by attackers to cause arbitrary scripting code to be executed by the user's browser in the security context of an affected site.
The second vulnerability is caused by input validation errors in the Setup page that does not validate user-supplied data supplied via POST requests, which could be combined with the ability to save files on server, and exploited by unauthenticated users to execute arbitrary PHP code.
