Two vulnerabilities have been discovered in Atlassian Confluence, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting attacks.
Input passed via the "title" and "labelString" GET parameters to /dashboard/doconfigurerssfeed.action (when "types" is set to e.g. "blogpost" and "spaces" is set to "conf_all") is not properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site.
The vulnerabilities are confirmed in version 5.1.5. Other versions may also be affected.
